Is your question one of our most frequently asked questions below?
Â
Q. How do I access my Web Graphics Creator membership?
You can simply log into the Login page here:Â https://webgraphicscreator.com/login/
Â
Q. What do I do if I forget my password?
Just visit the Log-in page:Â https://webgraphicscreator.com/login/
Then click on the “Lost Password?” button, and enter your eMail address. A password ‘reset’ eMail will arrive shortly.
Â
Q. I’ve just purchased a membership and haven’t received my login password
Almost immediately after you sign up to be a club member, an eMail will arrive with your login and password information. This eMail will be coming from “Marc & Lisa Sylvester from The Web Graphics Creator” – Check your spam box. (If it’s been more than 10 minutes, and you have not yet received the eMail – contact us below).
Â
Q. How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel anytime by logging into your personal dashboard and clicking on ‘My Account’.
If you have questions about what will happen once you cancel your membership, please see the details in our Terms of Use Agreement (Item #12).
Â
Q. Why are images not showing? / The canvas is slow / Images are not showing correctly…
We are using a programming language (“Angular4 “) that is owned by Google. It uses the most recent technology.
Browsers may work differently, depending on the browser and your computer speed. Because the Web Graphics Creator was built using Google technology, we highly recommend using the Chrome browser (also by Google of course) to run the site.
Â
Q. How do I “duplicate” or “save” a template so that I can re-use it?
Actually, “duplicating” a file in the Web Graphics Creator is easy. Select “File” from the top pull down menu and click on “Save As”. Name your file and select a “Set” name (create a new set or add to any existing set using the little arrow).
You can then find your saved template in the “Library” pull down menu under “My Designs”.
You can also change the name of your template using the same method above. Just “Save as” and then delete the older, incorrectly named template if you wish.
Â
Q. What if I want more help with the software or wish to work on more advanced graphics?
There are several ways to get help, ideas and inspiration:
Join our (free!) Facebook group:Â Â https://www.facebook.com/groups/WebGraphicsCreator/
Take a look at our tutorials page:Â Â https://webgraphicscreator.com/tutorials/
Â
Q. Can I sell what I create?
The images you create from The Creator are yours to keep and do with as you like. You can resell the logos you create or use a created logo for your own personal use. You are expected to follow the Terms of Use you are automatically agreeing to when you access the online software (Laughingbird Software will not be held responsible for any actions taken by you or anyone else in regards to any created graphic).
Once you are a member of The Web Graphics Creator, neither Laughingbird Software or any individual associated with them will regulate what you create. You are responsible for using it wisely and appropriately.
Â
Q. How do I know if I have rights to an image I’m using?
All of the “Photos” button images come from the selection at pexels.com. All Pexels images are royalty-free and licensed for commercial use. Please read their license agreement for more info.
You are responsible for correct license use of any images imported by you into the Web Graphics Creator. Always check the license agreement of the site where the image comes from for proper usage.
Â
What if the language I wish to create with is not English?
You can use almost any language in the Web Graphics Creator.
Here’s how:
1. Go to google translate: http://translate.google.com/
2. Type your text into the left and select TRANSLATE (don’t forget to choose a language!)
3. Once the translation is made highlight the translated text with your mouse and COPY IT.
4. PASTE the text directly into the image you are working on.
