Thanks for joining us at Laughingbird Software. We are determined to make sure you’re satisfied with your purchase. One way we do this is by providing multiple means of support, easy tutorials, and helpful user support communities.

Please review all policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at any of Laughingbird Software’s websites. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions. Your placement of an order at Laughingbird Software constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

Please note that there are limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for both online and downloadable products.

Refund Procedures

At the time of checkout, Laughingbird Software will obtain an authorization from the credit card or payment provider you have submitted. Once the payment is authorized, Laughingbird Software automatically emails you a receipt that details how to access your software.

With every software purchase, customer will have ongoing access to FREE e-mail support, use of Laughingbird’s communities, video tutorials, blog, and social media.

We offer a refund if (1) a product was accidentally purchased more than once or (2) if an error was made during platform (Mac or Windows) selection for downloadable software, within 10 days of purchase or (3) at Laughingbird Software’s sole discretion.

We do not offer a refund (except as stated directly above) on any of our downloadable software which has already been sent to a customer by email immediately after purchase (see “Try Before You Buy” below). Unlike physical goods, once downloadable software has been issued, it is unfortunately not possible for us to receive a returned copy of the software. We will, however, assist you with your purchase in any way we can, within reason, and at our sole discretion.

Customer should carefully study product information, testimonials, and reviews before purchasing downloadable software. Customers should contact Laughingbird Software with any questions regarding downloadable software before purchasing.

We do not offer a refund (except as stated directly above) on our online (in-the-cloud software). Instead, customer or Laughingbird Software can cancel a subscription at any time. The subscription will continue to be active until it’s original paid-through expiration date, at which date, no further billing will be active.

Try Before You Buy:

Those wishing to obtain a trial version of the downloadable software can get it here and test out the software before making a purchase.

Downloadable Software Replacement Policy

Laughingbird Software will not be responsible for software that is lost due to consumer error, failure to backup purchased software or power outages/surges. It is strongly recommended that you back up your purchase.

Laughingbird Software will, at its sole discretion, consider replacing identical software if purchase was made in the last 12 months and purchase information (e.g., order number, your name, date of transaction, email address, credit card number etc.) is positively identified.

Acceptance of Software Refund Policy

It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By placing an order for any Laughingbird Software product, including online (in the cloud) or downloadable software, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
