      Hi Michael.
      … you’re not seeing them in the top area?

      Create a template (or select one first).
      You (should) see the characters at the top – where the other graphics are located. There are no ‘templates’ for this package so you won’t see any in the left menu area.

    I especially love your tutorial videos … Your videos are interesting and up-beat. I hope some day you decide to create a tutorial about how you go about making your videos, particularly the narration and audio techniques you use. I will be first in line ????

      Marc uses “Camtasia”, to the best of my knowledge. It’s kinda pricy, but it produces fantastic results. “Jing” is a good free tool to begin with…. I’ve used Jing to practice with, I just held up an old webcam near my mouth to record the audio!

    I can’t log-in because your site says you have no record of my email address. I find that disturbing, inasmuch as I have purchased several products from you, and I also have received over a hundred emails from you over the past several years. I sent you an email regarding you product “Ad Creator” which never worked and I tried to reload the software in the hopes that there may have been a fix/update for the product…Which of course has brought me to this email.       Hello! No reason for you to be concerned: You order (I removed the ref# and last 4 of your CC) was pretty old, that’s why. We also no longer are associated with Cleverbridge.

      The Flash AD Creator has not been sold, or offically supported in a number of years now.

      If you would like to be able to download your purchases (any made BEFORE March 6th, 2015), please send me full copies of your receipts / confirmation emails and I will set things up for you.

    Trying to install Logo Creator and get the following error?

    Error creating file:

    Access is denied.

    I have version 6 from more than a year ago, just had to download it again because I changed laptops. Can you please let me know how much would it cost to upgrade to the latest? Thought upgrades were free?

    Purchased the Alphabet Logo Set, Downloaded the software. I thought the installation was automatic to logo creator. However, it is not showing in the drop down menu.

    Do I need install it manually? If so, what do I need to do?

      Hi there Maurice.
      Nice to hear from you.

      When you download it, make sure you’re clicking on the Alphabet Pak installer, and not The Logo Creator’s installer.
      Also, if you’ve installed it correctly, you may have to log out of The Logo Creator and then re-luanch the software.

      See if that works for you?

    I have Logo Design Studio Pro 2.0.008
    It has never worked well . . . rarely outputs an svg or eps that functions
    As a result I rarely use it . . . but once in a while I need to try it hoping it will cooperate.
    So it is not clear is there is an upgrade . . . when I search for updates – I get an error message.
    I am on OSX 10.9.5

      It’s a competitor’s.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to Marc Sylvester for his AWESOME software and for the FANTASTIC technical support. My computer died (sad face here) and he was kind enough to give me access to Logo Creator again on my new system that I bought without me having to re-purchase the software. Very quick response and very positive results for me. Thank you Marc and thanks also to you Glenn for your assistance. I really appreciate it. Karen

    Posted this on the forum this morning, but so far no reply.

    ALL of the logos and other things I created and saved to “My templates” have disappeared. I was working on a logo this morning, then decided to close it and open a different one from “My Templates and there was nothing there. Nothing but a blank page. About 90 templates I had done were no where to be found.

    I did a search for .tlc files on my computer and found the templates from “My Templates” scattered all over the documents area of my file system. My purchased templates are where they belong and are ok, but all “My Templates”, about 90, are not accessible and don’t show up in v7. This was working fine ever since installing v7 about 2 weeks ago.

    Please advise.

    After about 5 hours of work I was able to get all ‘My Templates’ back where they should be. I wish I knew why this happened in the first place and certainly hope it NEVER happens again.

    Great program. But when these things happen it’s disastrous.

    Hey guys,

    I upgraded to The Creator 7 about a month ago and everything has been working just fine. Yesterday and today (thinking yesterday might have been issues with LB server) I am not seeing any Design elements, templates, etc in The Creator and I am not able to log into my account, etc.

    Any ideas? Thanks

    • Hi there Rich.
      Did you move anything (like from one computer to another?)

      Can’t see why your elements and templates would have just up and vanished.
      Look into your Documents folder on your computer. Look for “Laughingbird Documents” — that’s where your templates and elements are located. See if you can see any folders there

    I cannot get my password recognized. Problem 2: I have purchased most of the JVZoo purchases of characters, youtube banners, etc. I have all the characters on my computer, but I cannot get them reinstalled. When my computer died and I had to rebuild, I had the files saved, but no way to reinstall them. Can you help?

      I found you in the database… I’ve just resent you your login details and I’ve updated your account so you should be able to re-install your characters.

      Check the ‘I forgot my password’ link and the system will resend it to you.

      OR, did you purchase the software more than 4 years ago?

    So I updated to 7.0 of laughing bird and when I tried to use it I was given a message to read more information then the program went away. What is going on? Why can I not use the program anymore.

    I get a pop up saying that 7.2 must be Uninstalled First.
    Is that correct????

    Seems like I will LOOSE all of the files and temples associated with it if I Uninstall.

      It may be because you’re using an old password? Or the eMail address you’re using is wrong?

      I’ve just looked up your eMail address and don’t see it in the database.

    Hi Marc – I’ve been Logo Creator for years and love it. I recently bought a new computer and loaded the update to it. How do I get the previous graphic packages I ordered before that are on my old computer to the new one.

    Like the ecover graphics. Once I get straightened out I plan on ordering.
    Also not sure if I’m a member of not. How do I find out?

    How long does it take to get the lost password email? I purchased almost all of your software from this site about 2 years ago. My computer took a dive and now I’m trying to get everything reset. I cannot get an email through your lost password link. Been waiting for while.

    Where are the videos for business card creation? Why are there no simple instructions for those of us who don’t have the time to go through the videos? I find your programs to be not very user friendly, nor are they intuitive. I want to add that I despise how you try to sell other products before the instructional video really begins. Further, you can lose the stupid music and graphics. I just want to use the programs. I am so frustrated with your software. At the moment I feel ripped off.
