0 KD-did 133 Report post Posted December 16, 2017 And did you already have the first part downloaded and installed? Did you just click through the installation process or did you try pathing it else where than the Documents location?
0 Sad Duck 98 Report post Posted December 16, 2017 Okay. If your files are in the correct place, they should be where mine are in the first picture. If they are, then when you open TC7, look at the menu to the left and they should be displayed there! One other thing. Even if the eCover Templates folder is in the correct place in your Documents folder, make sure the template folders are actually in that folder! Sounds odd, but if the eCover Templates folder is empty, it will not show up in the menu on the left. As an added note, please make sure you are running the latest version of TC7. v7.2.9

0 RoarSkogvoll 0 Report post Posted December 17, 2017 Thank you for all help - it seems like some files was left in the cloud in Finder - after upload all worked Roar :-)
0 Sad Duck 98 Report post Posted December 17, 2017 Glad you got it working. There have been problems before with Cloud storage. The program is set up to look in specific directories on your computer, not on a cloud drive. Users do keep trying this, and it never works out good.
