Error Message When Trying to Download Elements

I'm getting the following error message when trying to download the Logo Elements, Comic Elements and the PaperToons.  I'm on a Mac using Sierra OS.  How do I get past this?  As of now I'm dead in the water after buying the Creator, PaperToons and Comic Elements.

Simple fix. Go to System Preferences.>>>>>Security and Privacy...Then check second box down. You are currently set only to the app store apps.

Thank you so much!  That did the trick.  :-)  I actually did have the second button selected, but once I clicked "ok" on the error message it gave me the option in the security window to open the file anyway and it worked for every file.
