How can I get my logo design to have the vintage effect.

ie lighter and more faded than the full colours they are now?

ive tried the opaque option but I have large yellow text which just gets darker.

any help is appreciated, many thanks in advance!!

Go here CoffeeCup Software and look for Free Web Image Studio. doesn't have anything called 'vintage' I don't think, but you can make all kinds of adjustment. And it's FREE.

Have tried doing an export of your work. Then open a new canvas, bringing in the export and playing
with the opacity of the imported image. Are you trying for faded ages or image entirely faded?

If you want a generalized vintage look you can try on online image editor with a vignette feature. For a more concise look you can look into masking.
