Upgraded from trial but have no templates

    only the preview templates appear but they can't be used. I bought people pak, which appears in the folder, as are the preview templates, but where are the 200 templates?

    What I would do is delete the "trial" version and re-install the People Pak as a FRESH installation. Perhaps the trial version isn't over writting and may miss files needed.

    If using a PC you could check your TLC files for any DS_STORE files and delete them.

    I'm on a Mac, but people pak works OK, its the templates I need. How do I reinstall either without paying again. I sent several emails to Mark but got no reply. I just want to be able to use TLC.

    When I re download the same thing happens - only preview templates. The others are not in the folder.

    What is in the Laughingbird Documents folder on your MAC? Is it installed to the Documents folder or "application" folder as a normal program??

    in apps but only preview templates and elements in folder. Tried re loading 6.8 but only preview templates download.I will delete all and reload people pak to see if I get the templates. I can't seem to get out of trial mode.

    Download this, it's free. Use it to remove all traces of all laughingbird software. It's a pretty simple interface. THEN REINSTALL EVERYTHING.

    I tried cleaning it but uninstall only removes part of the program apparently. Is there a way to remove the rest?

    Now the app is 37 mb, has a no symbol and says incomplete

    the upgrade from 6.6 to 6.8 is about that size.

    no reason to delete your laughingbird documents folder. I compared the trial version with the full version and the basic program files appear to be the exact same--- the trial version installs in it's own directory.
    On my windows computer you see the following, note the file location. You can try navigating to the similiar location on your mac and manually deleting ONLY the directory that contains these files:

    i had the same problem ..just delete Laughingbird Documents from the regular document of mac and reinstall the software..it is working
