Just purchased software and clicked the update button on the main page but the link is broken. Please advise!

Hi Troon which software product (and version) is it that you bought?

A little background info - Marc (Laughingbird) recently moved his business site to a new server which resulted in some broken links.

Can't find the version number. The "help" drop down window does not include any version information. I purchased it last week directly from the website.

Also, I'm not sure my old computer can handle this software (500mz) so how
do I get a refund if necessary?

    Thanks!

    Refund

I have not added any new software for a long time so I don't know. This software, however, slows down my computer to a crawl and had also locked it up on two occasions so I had to restart. Do you know who I can contact about getting a refund? Thanks.

Follow the link and the directions within it. And, you can also work with Laughingbird (Marc) thru private message or email.

But, it's really time you upgrade from that antique.

Thanks for your fast reply. Where is the link you said to follow? Also, already sent a private message to Mark last week and still no response. Thanks again!

When I click on the link I get the following error message...

"Error: 313463-Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined ExceptionMessage 99998 - To protect ourselves against fraud, we need to set a cookie on your computer. In order to continue your purchase online, please reset your browser to allow cookies. You can make your purchase and then set cookies off again in your browser. If you already allow cookies, there may be a problem that can be corrected by deleting the cookie file. 31346Error in transaction_creation - User-Defined Exception"

So, I confirmed that I am allowing cookies, I cleared my cache, and then confirmed that all cookies were deleted. I even closed my browser and reopened it. Still does not work.

    Firewall of some kind?

Frankly, you need to work thru this offline now.

    Don't have any firewall installed.

Okay, how do I handle this offline? Should I just wait for Mark to respond?

    Hello Troon.

I'm sorry for my delay in getting back to you.
    No problem.

See a PM (private message) from me.
