Here are three logo concepts I designed for an IT Recruiting Company. I am trying to decide which logo would fit best for their company. Please help in determining which logo I should send them. The colors are the colors they chose.

    Thanks!

    My vote's for #3.

#1 is a bit too 'busy', with three widely spaced elements trying to catch the eye, drawing it away from the text.
#2 is nice and hangs together better.
#3 is the cleanest of them all.

Have you thought of making a logo using the initials as the main elements of the design ? NCS trips off the tongue nicely.

For me personally, a logo for an IT oriented company is more appealing if it's a tight, compact one. It implies integration. Sort of like they always know where their towels are (humble apologies to Mr Adams for the misquote).

    2c deposited.

Thanks for the feedback k1w1. I thought about using the initials as well, however this is a start-up company and they said maybe after they already have an identity out there with their full name.

I appreciate the good feedback :)

Not sure if I like anyone them. They all look too busy.

A few of your past designs have had a much more clean look.

try a few more and let us see.

I like the second one.. but only if the NE on top is used without it in some places. I can see the NE being a stand along logo-art piece but the full name part on letter head and maybe a main page of a website. (subsequent pages would have just the NE).

Thanks...I like #2 the best as well. The client likes the 1st one, but still deciding.
