This there an update to the Character Creator Pack?

    I love the Creator Pack. It is the one I use the most often. I was clicking through the site and noticed there seemed to be some figures shown in the ad copy I do not have. I purchased my copy 09/30/2014 2:53 PM. What appears to be missing from my copy is figures with heads but no faces. I have headless bodies.
    Is there an update? If so how do I get it? Thanks

    Screen Shot 2016-10-07 at 11.05.29 AM.png No update is needed. Look in the Logo Elements file. You should see the following and more.Get a FRESH download and be sure to download both parts.

    Be sure to get your membership to the "member' area" IF you don't have one. Your purchases and downloads will be there.

    my purchase of the Character pack is not in the member area. I bought it in 2014. It is in JVzoo When I click access your purchase I get
    Something Went Wrong
    This could be the result of a problem with one of our systems, one of our provider's systems, or with just this area of the site. Sometimes this is also due to a misconfiguration on the part of the account owner. We apologize for the inconvenience.     Simply click on the question mark that is under your name and REQUEST a member' account.This what you will see but this one has my name. Screen Shot 2016-10-07 at 12.02.02 PM.png

    I have a member account but the Character Pack does not show there. It is only on JVzoo

    Merely show your jvzoo receipt and they will et you up.

    To Whom? I found a page in support that said send the receipt to Glenn. But when I click on the link to send it to Glenn I get a 404 error. I cannot find an email address on the website. I was hoping the forum was the place to go. But you are telling me to go somewhere else.

    Is there any out there who can help me?

    What question mark I do not see one? I do not even see my name and yes I am logged in. On the membership dashboard I see

    There is no question mark at the top of the page. Under my name, next to my name, or on top of my name. Perhaps you have more privileges than I do. There is a drop down. It does not contain a question mark or how to contact anyone.
