Very Disappointed in the Lack of Support. I know the forum is mostly Volunteer I'm not speaking about You as you Don't know the answers to my questions. These Questions where Directed to the Owner / Programmer of the Software as he is the only one that can answer my questions. and on top of that I get Smart A$$ answers from Staff that no customer should recieve from a support Forum. I have a few questions that have gone unanswered or resolutions for a Problem a lot of people is having. I have written to Support (mark) about a Problem replacing all the software I purchased. I have Lost my hard drive and it was unrecoverable. I'm a loyal costumer. Liked you on Facebook And told all my friends that asked where did you get the software to make the logos on you website. I can no longer recommend this software. And will be posting reviews about it also. Great software lousy Support.
