Very Disappointed in the Lack of Support. I know the forum is mostly Volunteer I'm not speaking about You as you Don't know the answers to my questions. These Questions where Directed to the Owner / Programmer of the Software as he is the only one that can answer my questions.
and on top of that I get Smart A$$ answers from Staff that no customer should recieve from a support Forum.
I have a few questions that have gone unanswered or resolutions for a Problem a lot of people is having. Here are a few

The Earliest Post is OCT 2012 Yes A Year Ago

Also Most important to me at the moment.
I have written to Support (mark) about a Problem replacing all the software I purchased. I have Lost my hard drive and it was unrecoverable.
I'm a loyal costumer. Liked you on Facebook And told all my friends that asked where did you get the software to make the logos on you website. I can no longer recommend this software. And will be posting reviews about it also. Great software lousy Support.

    Hi there Mitch.

I'm sorry to hear of your frustration.
    I don't blame you.

However, when a customer comes to me and says "I lost all of my software and need you to send me links to everything I had... but! I can't find my receipts and I don't remember which eMail address I used..."

it makes it really hard to look up your account.
I'm lost on what to do in that situation.

    Have you tried here?

I do have an update coming out for the 'save image' problem you mention.

I try to answer everybody Mitch.
And I'm sorry you're getting smart a$$ answers.

    Ah. Okay.
Well, you sound pretty angry Mitch.
I'm truly not out to make this difficult for you.

If you have your order numbers, you can use this page:
    http://www.thelogocreator.com/order-lookup

You'll be able to download your software again.
If it's expired, there's a link to write directly to Cleverbridge to ask for a re-activation (I've given them permission to do this for my customers)

I feel better now Sorry for Jumping up and Down about it. I Really hate being Ignored. Not saying that you did it perilously. I know your really busy. Maybe hiring someone to handle the forum instead of Volunteers and Answer E-mail Might be what you need. But thats all up to you.
I have stepped off the soap Box and going back to my cave :>
and I deleted my Message on the Facebook page.
thank you for taking care of my Problems

    No worries at all Mitch.
Thank you for your post here.

... as a small business owner yourself, I'm sure you understand it all from my end. I just miss things. I spend hours and hours everyday answer eMail, Facebook, comments on my web pages, Tweets, and support tickets. I know I should have more help.

And - as a person who also gets angry for being 'ignored' from other companies myself-- I totally understand your side of this and I'll work to not have this happen in the future.

    Marc
