Squshing Shadows

    A little something I've been playing around at you can easily do this with objects too.

    Create your image in this case I used text, then turn on a shadow placing it close to the original and turning off the blur. Then fade the original out using the opacity control. Next under "more export options I chose png then grabbed a corner and "squished it longways. Export with a new filename and then reimport the same file and "squish it the same way widthways and export again. Reimport a final time scale larger and reimport the original and place them in a pleasing manner.

    You could probably get away with only squishing it once but I wanted to make the shadow look foreshortened to simulate a low sun. Also using only one line of text would have looked more realistic.

    Theres no limit to how many times you can squish something export and reimport. I've created some interesting masks this way.
