serial number needed!

    Hello
    I used version 4.something of logo creator in the past and liked it. After losing the retail box and misplacing my serial number, I decided it was time to spring for a new version.
    My first attempt resulted in a purchase for a MAC, which I do not own. They are already working on a refund for me, so all is good there.

    I purchased the pc version the next time, and when I look up my order number, no product key is shown.

    I called the download store tech support and they confirmed no serial number was generated for me.

    They gave me a tel number for tech support which disconnected me because the gentleman's voice mailbox was full!

    I tried pm'ing laughingbird, but he needs to clean out his inbox... it bounced because it's full.
    Does not give me a 'warm fuzzy'.
    S I am STUCK WAITING FOR AN UNLOCK KEY before I can use the software.

    KD, thanks for taking care of Novi (novi, please let me know if you have any other questions about the software).

    Worlock;
    No, this won't effect any previous customer look ups. The database is updating today with new unlock keys.

    I've changed shopping carts. I'm still with DigitalRiver for my ecommerce needs, but we've updated the shopping experience. Everything (from my end) will soon be much easier to handle ... including PhotoObject activation keys and the unlock keys for the rest of Laughingbird Software.

    We're just experiencing some growing pains is all.
