OK I'm going crazy. Had to do a hard reset on my computer so am re-installing all my programs again. When setting up the folder where all my templates are I basically have 3 options (none of which are working)
    1. go to the folder and just click once to highlight it.
2.If I click 'save', it opens the folder to show all my templates
    3. close the box

none of them are working. How can I set up the main folder (you really need a video on this). It should be basic but it isn't, at least to me.

Try launching TLC and then name a new folder for saving your Templates Launch TLC then open your templates. Have you done a cold reboot? Check for DS_STORE files and delete them if you are using WINDOWS OS.

Also make sure your Adobe AIR is current and on-board your machine.

It's still not working. Yes I rebooted, but need to know where the DS_STORE files are.

Search your computer generally for any and all DS_STORE files.

Window machines DON'T use DS_STORE files. DELETE them from your machine.

Do you know of an easy way to delete all of them? I'm checking online right now but maybe you know how to do it.

Do yourself a really BIG favor. Back up TLC now. It will save you lots of aggravation and energy.

You could just get a fresh download of the TLC program and just leave it zipped. Place in your briefcase for safe keeping. Zip and save any additional files you have added & of course your template files. I imagine that should take you under 5 minutes for most emergencies.
