question on pics

    Can a picture have its components moved around ?What i mean is take for example the maltese cross in the earlier thread,the one with fire/rescue on it .Can the hat ,ladder and axe or other parts be moved around or manipulated?

    You can manipulate any part of a picture, change colors, add, move or remove parts of a picture. Some pictures are saved in a format that supports layers (photoshops .PSD, photoimpacts .UFO) these original files contain (usually) all layers/components that make up the compleet picture, to manipulate these you will need software that can handle these formats. When you are working with pictures files that do not have layers (.jpg, .gif. etc) you can still manipulate them using tools like cloning, masking, erase, select etc. that are common in any photo editor, results vary alot depending on the original file and your ability to use the software.
    With TLC you can move around elements of a picture if you are working with a tlc file format.
