1. New Software Notice alert!

The new Web Graphics Creator (version 4.0) will be out soon.

For now, version 3.0 is still active and works great on most Windows machines. It no longer runs on Macs using Lion or greater... (but the new version will fix this)

So hang in there! It's almost done!

Poor quality image

Hi, I have saved a jpeg and PNS of an E-book colour that I want on my website, but the edges of the e-book look really poor. They are jagged like the edge of a saw. I can't put this on my site that way. Is there any reason for this?

What is your DPI setting, The lower it is set the worse it looks.

There are several reasons your images are not the quality they should be. One is as Worlock has mentioned above. Also any changes (like resizing/changing file format, done with 3rd party software can also contribute. Imported images may contribute artifacts. Sometimes when you have a colored background and use the last black on the color chart for outlining or it is the black used in an image upon exporting it as a transparency jagged edges can happen. See attachment #2. If you attach a screen shot or a link someone here should be able to get to the bottom cause sooner than later.
