My second computer crashed and I lost the TLC mega pack download!
Is there a way to save it on disc and transfur to the (newly rebooted) computer that pooped out on me?That way I could have it on hand just in case.? Now I have to redo about 30% of my work all over !:image25: and will I need to find the activation key again.

The other computer (My computer) is the original download. The other (my wifes) is the backup work station.

Before doing anything look for spyware and try defragging.
Can you burn a CD from your wife's computer, that would save you time of searching for your order and getting a fresh download. See if you can find anything under "program files"that you can save.I would also try sending yourself files by attachment or burning to a CD of any of your template designs as a preventative measure... When I have had to do a reinstall I have never lost any my work when I had a segment go bad on my HD . I only tell people to get rid of the TLC file under "program files" when TLC didn't work right from the getgo.

I always download to my briefcase and leave the zip of my downloads in my briefcase...so they are handy and have the installer. If the program works the first time I then save lots of time and energy because then all I have to do is double click to start the installation.

Check the program you use to burn CD's I have hsd one that I had to tell it to include the installer.

I always download to my briefcase and leave the file there so if I ever have to do a reinstall it is handy. It saves time and aggravation.

It just dawned on me that you could try downloading the demo and see if that would help straighten out your issues. .

Some software for burning requires you to choose to include an installer .

If you can't burn a CD you could always use a USB thumb drive.
