Not receiving update link

    Hello,

    I have gone through the registration process but I am not receiving my update link to my email.
    I have checked the spam and I have received other emails from Laughing Bird and Marc Sylvester.

    Thank you for your help.

    When you ask for help with something please let us know the following:

    What product you are having issues with

    When was your purchase

    Where did you make the purchase

    What OS (Windows or MAC or some of the others like android)

    Can you locate your original downloaded files

    That will save us loads of time in helping you.
