I like. Great color theme. I, however, am not a fan of center formatting. I like sub headers aligned to the right just under the main header. That's just my style though.

But me likes the clean look and feel.

Nice, clean look. The mark, however, is a bit disturbing. Did you draw that or is it clipart? If it's clipart, ditch it. If you drew it, rework some of those lines - clean it up a bit.

Also, I firmly agree that you need to right justify the subcopy as a to counter-weight against the mark for balance.

The font is okay, but the kerning is way off in some areas. Compare the space between the I and N against the space between the N and O and you'll see what I mean.

By the way, I'm counting 5 colors - is that intentional?

i only see 3 colors, maybe 4. i agree with right justifying the subtext to create balance. the rhino seems clipartish, like beagle said, maybe try using just the rhino head. that would be a little differenet than showing the entire rhino body. just a thought though.

overall, good job. probably the best logo i've seen here, so far.

:35: I guess I have the dissenting opinion here however I think the Rhino clipart is a nice touch. Job well done as usual. You are very talented.

    looks good!

only suggestion I have would be to try right justify the sub text

move the rhino to the right just past the "i" in rhino
