I downloaded an older trial version of the logo maker and was so impressed that I purchased and installed the latest version within hours.

I have a problem saving files that I have created however, I create a logo from a template or new logo amend or create and then try to save the file and get "paul.png already exists please try again and use a different file name". I have tried calling the files different names and saving them in different locations - from desktop to individual folder, external hard drives etc all to no avail.

This is really beginning to frustrate me to the stage that I am considering requesting a refund the program is totally useless as it stands which is a real shame.

    Any ideas anyone?

Update - I have resolved that problem there was indeed a file created called Paul.png under the root of users!.

Now when I save the files they don't seem to be anywhere does not matter where I save them to...how damn frustrating is this program?

Sorry to hear you are frustrated.

    DO THIS:

    1. Make a logo, toss a couple of graphics on it (don't matter what)

    2. Create a folder here and name it MOO: c:\
    (C:\MOO)

    3. Name the logo COW (Save it as a PNG)

    4. Save the logo in the MOO folder.

    5. Navigate to the folder and open it

    6. do a screen capture (Using the snip tool is easiest) and post it here.
