New Support Portal!

    Hi Everybody.

    As you may (or may not) know, we're a very small shop here at Laughingbird Software. I wear many many hats.

    One of the hats I put on for hours a day is my tech support hat. SO many different avenues for customers to leave feedback and questions (Facebook, comments on the Wordpress site, here in the forum...)

    Too many to keep up with and very tricky to handle without missing some support questions.

    So, I've implemented a system I'm using called Zendesk (http://www.zendesk.com)
    You'll notice a little tab now to the left of every page of the forum ("Questions")

    This should help get things solved quicker. :D

    If you've used Zendesk in the past, comment below! If you haven't seen zendesk, you've got to check it out...
