Marc I've bought and tested the Flash Ad Creator and I like it very much. I don't even seem to have problems other user mentioned, and there are ways to work around some of the limitations like size etc.
But, (there is always a but isn't it?) The ads loop around indefenitly (this word doesn't seem right somehow).
Is there a way to stop that? Say after 3 times or so?
Is there a way to add music?

    Thanks

    Sound and Size

    Hi,

I'm on-line now using this new product and I can't seem the change the size, nor is there a space to add Mp3. Do you know how to do that.

    Hi Hobbeskind!
    thanks for the post.

Yes - I hear you on this. The #1 request for the Flash Ad Creator is more control. Controling the speed ... and loopiness (Ha. is that a better phrase than "loop around indefenitly"?).

There's a lot to ad to the software. Future updates will had enhancements and more control. (free updates).

debratatum... this reply is for you as well. Same response :D

Hobbeskind; you mentioned you've discovered some work arounds solutions ... care to give us some!? I'd love to hear them.

I posted a way of resizing the ads somewhere else un this forum.
Another problem I encountered while playing around, is that new pictures are quite reluctant to load. The solution seems to be to go back and forth between previewng and actually viewing the Ad by clicking in the Ad window.
Since I could not find some sort of pattern, and it bothered me, I found a another, simple solution.
Start by making a copy of the Images folder and keep it safe somewhere.
Find the template you want to work on.
Find the the pictures that are used by it in your, original, Images folder and open them in Photoshop.
Past, resize and crop your own pictures, the ones you want to use in the Ad, into these template pictures and then safe them under the original names.
Now your template ad will open with the new pictures already in place.

    Hi Hobbes.

... that's an awful lot of work.
I'm glad it helps, but its not what I intended.

Are you on a Mac by any chance?
I've fixed this problem (on the Mac) of not being able to insert more than one photo. I'm still testing this and will post it shortly.

I'm going to post it here live if you (or any other Mac users reading this) care to give it a run. There is no installer yet, you'll have to do this manually. If you're up for it - I'd be most grateful if you would let me know if it corrects the problem.

    Download it here (4.2Mb):
    http://www.flashadcreator.com/updates/Flash_ad_Creator_v1.4.1.sit

    Open up the .sit file.
You'll find a green icon named "The Flash Ad Creator 1.4.1"
Move this into your "Flash Ad Creator" folder and give it a go.

Let me know if this helps!

Marc , I am indeed a Mac user.
Your update works and the ads thus created export as expected.

    Great job
