    Hi all,
I want to upload some files to my website. So I am looking for an advanced FTP client software solution designed for ease of use by both novices and professionals. It should be powerful and secure file transfer solution. It should also have total control, security, efficiency, and simplicity. If you people have any idea then please let me know.
    Thanks in advance!

smartftp.com ftw :) I used filezilla forever, but quickly took a liking to the smartftp service... it's free as well.

    Hi Carla.

If you're a Mac user, check out "Transmit" by Panic software
(http://www.panic.com) An excellent FTP program. You can create a "droplet" on your desktop, then drag and drop files onto it for automatic uploading ... even if the FTP software isn't running!

Hi, I use AnyClient when I need file transfer. It is a free platform independent file transfer application that supports all major file transfer protocols including FTP/S, SFTP and WebDAV/S. AnyClient is available both as a web based service requiring no software installation, and as a downloadable application that you can install locally. Hope this will help you.
    All the best!

I recommend FTPCute. While it isn't free, it does recognize the various FTP protocols and has an excellent web editor on board. I've used this one for several years (with upgrades) and it has worked flawlessly. I have multiple sites with lots of folders and once I'm into the host, I can easily put images and html pages where they belong; rename or change html pages, links, etc using the editor.
