    Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create an effect similar to the one on the logocreator.com site of "The Logo Creator Logo"

everytime I say it, it sounds confusing!

Nevertheless, it's not really 3D but a less than flat appearing look that stands off the page.

If anyone has a technique that can be used I'd appreciate it. I'm not new to Logo Creator, I've been using it and thanks to Marc have made a pretty nice side living at it, but this is for my new magazine and I want the logo to be top notch.

I've got the concept done but that "puffy lettering look" would be key to its' complete design

Any and ALL help would be appreciated. When I get it down pact, I'll post the trailer to the mag

    God bless

it is a very simple method to do,make sure that the logo that you want to hang over the page is in png format
make your canvas size bigger than your template your using and place the logo png in position
when you save it and view it your logo should hang over !!!!

if i havent made my self to clear pm me i will do a tut for you

Getting your logo to 'stand off' the page is a combination of shading on the logo elements plus maybe adding a shadow. To demonstrate this see the pics below, flat text and graphic - shaded text and graphic and lastly with shadow.

    Thank you,

I was able to achieve the look I wanted, Now I can't get back in.

I'll have to search for forum for script error, and expected object errors.

I hope I don't have to start from scratch!

Are you trying to edit an exported file or the saved .tlc file?

If you want to post the .tlc file here I will take a look at it and see if I can see what the problem is
