Keep getting the access denied message trying to install the template pack, even when running as admin?

I think it is best to do a ticket through Help Scout. Mention what OS you are using .

Are you a Mac user? If so did you purchase TLC through the appstore?

Got the same problem. I'm using Windows 7. There seems to be no problem with my user permission since I use administrator profile and checked everything. Please help.

Use the icon at the start page. You will see it under where your user name appears.

By clicking on the question mark you actually start a search in our Knowledge base.... if you don't see anything that helps, theN select SEND A MESSAGE.... (It's really a support request).

Once you do that it either automatically gets routed to myself (glenn) or Marc (the owner of Laughingbird Software).
