I lost my font option

    If you are meaning you can't scroll through the font list in TLC try clicking the F9 key and then try scrolling again. If it is something else please give more details.

    Did you use either of the LBS 2 recommended programs for opening and launching the installation process? Some unpacking programs can effect the program in negative ways. The 2 Marc recommends are Winzip and StuffIt Expander both available for Free.

    ok so what you suggest to reload and unzip them again?

    It is usually the best to also get a fresh download as any damaged files will not be repaired just by re-installing. Be sure and get rid of he TLC files under program files before re-downloading and re-installing.

    Fonts not scrolling...

    Good suggestion KD.

    shafiems, try restarting your entire machine.
    This should do the trick. I've heard its worked for others with the same problem.

    Sometimes, it has to do with new Antivirus software being installed.
    Sometimes, the antivirus software conflicts with the pop up window that contains your fonts.

    Restarting your computer seems to help.

    tkz...the restart already did before I post and I do not think it is the anti virus as I disable it to see if it is it...:image27:
    is there any other option...tkz:image31:

    Darn..well my next idea is to check for spyware/malware, as it changes the name of files and the program looks for specific file names.

    Are you Mac platform or Win platform?

    So, tell us again the exact problem
    This seems to be a common problem (the font window only allows you to scroll down the first 5 fonts) - but I can't for the life of me figure out why this only occurs on some computers.

    Caps lock key is off?
    Numlocks key is off?

    Are you on an English keyboard? If not - is there anyway you can set the keyboard to English for a test, and restart TLC? Then try to scroll the fonts.

    Let us know if this works.

    I am experiencing a related/similar problem. I can see all of the fonts available in the drop down menu; however, I cannot change my text to most of them. Only a very few are operational. I am using a MAC and have purchased the megapack and Corporate Identity creator packages.

    ok yap I can use only 5 fonts
    ok perhaps can this be the problem...
    you see when my 1st purchase i download I am using xp
    but when i reload this time I am using vista...well I guess this is the only different except earlier is a PC after crash.. I got a lap top..
    please help...

    After typing your text >>>format>>>choosing embedded font clicking the F9... function 9 (F9)should re-establish your ability to scroll.

    Are you using a retail version of TLC or download of TLC.? What version Win V?????

    well when 1st purchase the 2 softwares ,I download at the same time I save the zip to another disk..
    so now I am using the one I copy in the disk ..I unzip them...
    vista home edition..

    I meant TLC V????. I think it is best to uninstall your TLC, remove the TLC file under program files, then look up your order get a fresh download and unpack using one of Marc's recommended programs. After reinstalling then make a copy of the program.

    cool...now I am considering to buy the th the flash one...so how can I get the special rate for the 2nd purchase...emmm is this consider the 3rd..:image16-1:...tkz..
