Glowing and Misty text

    I'm still working on the HTML page with screen shots, but I'll post anyway.


    Glowing Text

    First create white text for the background. Next slightly offset a duplicate of the original text (but still on top)

    Next, choose a one cycle gradient for the offset top text (analogous colors work best, blue-green, purple-red, etc). Emboss the top text with an opacity between 0.65 and 0.7.

    Lastly, add a shadow to the top text. The shadow blur radius should be around 50 and the shadow opacity around 0.75.

    Adjust as necessary.
