So Katie has given me homework to help me learn how to use various shapes in TLC for building designs ... in this case a frog. And so in the interest of showing what TLC, a little practice, and some great instruction can do ... I offer "Phrog"!

    Phrog's new friend ...

Here is Willoughby (aka Wilfred), Phrog's newest friend, and my latest finished homework assignment.

Although it is always my intention to try to work exclusively with shapes and tools within TLC, I had to resort to a paint program for Willoughby's red chest, and I used the same program to create a shape with a sharper point for his beak. Otherwise Willoughby is all TLC.

Thanks again to my teachers ...

Well this has nothing to do with homework exactly ... or maybe it sort of does ... anyway I was trying to come up with an "eye" for t3nkuken and ended up with this.

Not much of an eye, but it would almost make a cool piece of jewelry!

I hadn't thought of that ... I like it. I was seeing more of a large ring or pendant. but a buckle would be very cool. Wonder what a jeweler would say if you walked in with something like that?

You know I was thinking right after I asked that question ... a weak Jeweler would probably be suddenly very very busy, and a good one would be thinking about that new sports car he/she had always wanted!!:D
