I want to create a 4x6 postcard which will include an imported image. When I try to print what I have created using Vistaprint I get a "Low Resolution" warning. I have tried importing the image into TLC at full resolution (which requires me to do a lot of scaling to get it to fit on the canvas) or resizing it first in Photoshop for 1.25x1.798 inches at 300 dpi (which requires some, but less, scaling to get the imported image to fit on the canvas). Any suggestions for fixing this problem would be appreciated. (I am running TLC v. 6.8.0 on a Mac).

Create your graphic in as high a resolution as you can, and export it as a PNG. Download/install ( if you don't have it ) http://photoscape.org

Open your export in photoscape and when you save the graphic you will have the option to adjust the DPI. Then send that graphic to Vistaprint.

I actually did this for a client just the other day and it came out looking great. Vistaprint did a wonderful job.
