No it is not a .tle file. It is a jpeg. Is there a way to convert it and import it in to TLC or can you direct me to someone who could redesign it in TLC?

A jpeg can not be edited with TLC to change fonts, or wording. What could be done to remake your logo possibly is to import the image/s and re-do the logo.

Here is the existing logo below. I want to use this logo in TLC to change the colors of the bar on the top, the domain name and the slogan below. Can this be done? I would be happy to pay someone to do the conversion if possible.

    Thanks for your fast responses.

With an image editor you could easily change the color. Hang around a couple of minutes and I will give you the stick without text.

You may not have truly successful change of coloring with TLC...

This works for me. I am not able to change the color of the bar but now that it is separate I can change the text in TLC which was my main goal. Thank you very much. This is unbelievable help/support. Send me the bill !
