I'm brand new to Logo Creator. I use a Mac with OS 10.8. I watched the tutorial about creating 3-D like text (e.g.). Marc indicates that with a Mac one can duplicate an item on the canvas by clicking (control)+D. This isn't working for me. When I high-light a canvas item (gets a yellow border) and I click control+D, nothing happens.

Apple support forum doesn't show control+D as a global application command. [It works in Finder (control+D = duplicate item) so I tried switching to Finder while in Logo Creator. I still had the canvas item high-lighted, but with Finder Menu bar showing, when I clicked control+D it duplicated everything on my desktop into a new folder].

I realize this isn't much info to go on; but anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong or what I can do to duplicate the canvas items? There is no 'Duplicate' command in any of the drop-down menu items in the program.
