    The new Web Graphics Creator (version 4.0) will be out soon.

    For now, version 3.0 is still active and works great on most Windows machines. It no longer runs on Macs using Lion or greater... (but the new version will fix this)

    So hang in there! It's almost done!

    So Ive contacted all the above with product info and receipt of purchase and date of purchase 02/21/09

    And today is 02/23/09 in my country.

    I yet to hear from any of the above contacts.

    Will someone here be able to direct me to the correct department or at least sort this matter for mr.

    On second thought my patience is running dry chasing after this download gizmo. Ive sent you a pm.

    Again Ive resent all emails to the following email addresses above and no I still havent heard from any.

    Ive sent Marc 4 pm and no, where r u Mark?

    It is now the 4th day for this event to be seen.

    Please anyone if you happen to see Marc or hear of his whereabouts please tell him Tim is waiting to test out his delicious yummy software.

    agent007 , your situation is truly unique and requires an investigation at your end into why your downloads were incomplete or all your PMing and email sending will accomplish little and you will be caught trying over and over again to get a complete download. A good place to start would be start trying to download the TLC demo to see if that completes if not try again after

    Disable any download accelerators or managers
    Disable your anti-virus software
    Scan for, and remove malware and viruses on your system.

    I have also heard that there can be issues when computers are networked.

    What a mess... I would expect at least an acknowledgment from DR on receiving your emails. I am not an employee of LBS so I have no way of knowing what is going on .

    Well hello there Marc!

    No I did not receive any email from you.
    If you sent it to paypal@****.com I would have received it cos thats the registered email when I bought the software as I did receive confirmation of purchase to that email address.

    If you sent it to ****@msn.com I would have received it cos Im getting all emails sent from the forum.

    The only email I receive a few seconds ago is from webhelp@digitalriver.com and the message

    We apologize for the inconvenience, unfortunately, we are unable to
    assist you with the issue at the Online Store.

    Please contact SWReg for assistance with your request.

    Where the hell is the actual support system.

    No matter where you sent the email from the email from Marc would only go to to the email used at the time of purchase. When emails are missing they can usually be in the bulk mail folder. Because Marc would have sent you a personnel email there is the LBS logo on it some online security filters are very aggressive and will pick it up as spam or delete them all together.

    I've sent your solution (I've PMd you).
    Check this and let me know if it solves your troubles.

    I'm concerned that the eMail address you wrote to: laughingbirdcs @ digitalriver.com was unable to help you. They just replied with: "I'm sorry we can't help. Good bye" letter? -- that's odd and not very professional.

    I'll look into this.
