I am sure this has been posted somewhere else in this forum but for those reading this query and who might be interested, I just drag it off the canvas. When the logo/image is saved, the "unwanted" text or image does not show.

To delete either text or an image, first select it so it shows up in the Element Setter, then from the menu bar, Modify -> Delete Logo Element -> Click Yes.

You can Modify/Hide as well. If you're working different prototypes, this might be a better option because all the elements are saved in the TLC file and can be brought back later if you need them by unhiding them.

I just highlight the element I want to delete and press the backspace key (the delete key won't do it) and click "Yes". It works the same as the menu item, "Delete Logo Element."
