    Trophy Points:
In the most simple terms, are there limitations to how we use Laughingbird graphics to create derivative works, distribute those works to our customers, etc.? There's always some behind the scene licensing issue, ya know? So I just want to show the proper respect for Marc/Laughingbird Software. ~ Regards

    Trophy Points:
Short version: If all you use is the laughingbird supplied graphics, and add on paks, you can do whatever you want, with what you create. ALL GRAPHICS provided in all Laughingbird Software are truly Royalty free. Issues may arise if you try to sell some that contains "some clipart" you pulled off the web, for example.

    2. Permitted Uses and Restrictions. This License allows you to install and use one copy of the Laughingbird Software on a single computer at a time. The Laughingbird Software may be used to reproduce materials so long as such use is limited to reproduction of non-copyrighted materials, materials in which you own the copyright, or materials you are authorized or legally permitted to reproduce.
