    Hi All...

I'm a relative novice with the creation of graphics.

I've created a CD box graphic with eCoverCreator and I want to 'take out the white background' so that when I place this graphic on my web site all I see is the graphic and NOT the white background that's behind it.

    How do I do this?

Is this an export option in eCC, or is it something that I do within Adobe Photoshop (I have V5)?

    Cheers

This might help you.. I usually use PaintShopPro 9 to remove the white background. You can crop or do a background erase with this software. It works great. I do all my images with this program.

Well if you have TLC this can remove white backgrounds from images, then export it as a Transparent .gif or .png

I have a logo I created with TLC, exported as a transparent png file. It displays fine in Firefox but IE still shows the white background

My understanding is that only IE 7 fully supports transparent png files. Have you tried transparent .gifs?
