Hey Sue, I'm not a 100% sure but have you checked your firewall settings? Are you running sp1 or sp2? That error may be related to a blocked program.

Well Sue, it turns out i know have a similar issue. It appears that my domain host is blocking the receiving of the email. I tried to send it as a test.

They mentioned Reverse DNS not being on does anyone know of this issue?

To email with TLC you have to make sure that the "Mail From" and the "Reply to" fields have the same exact email address. I just tried it and it worked with every email address I used. It didn't work when I forgot to fill in one of those fields.

Also, the eMail feature is a nice time saver, but it's not crucial.

When you choose to eMail the logo, the program will ask you to first save a jpeg of your logo to your desktop.

If you can't get the eMail feature to work (due to your firewall settings as mentioned above), simply load up your regular eMail program, and attach the jpeg to it as you would any image you want to send.

At least you'll be able to eMail the image!

Yep I agree. It's not going to kill me if my firewall wont let the email go out.

    Exporting works fine.

Hmm, when I choose the email logo option it doesn't save it as a jpeg, it saves it as .tlc so my client will need the software to view the image.Am I missing something here.

    Try Save as

It might sound silly, but i think save as is an option... give me a few and i'll check it out... also, check under a different sub-menu, as i think there are other export options for .jpg, .tiff, etc...

    Flex22,

Just shoot me now!!! I didn't re-read your message and assumed what you were asking. My fault. I tried to email as well and it doens't work...

Just export and email via other email program.

Thanks for taking the time to offer your suggestions homesight.I appreciate it.
I ended up just clicking the "Export" tab and then choosing the jpeg option. Then I attached it as a file to an email and that was fine.Seems the easiest way as the inbuilt emailer isn't working for me.

    Thanks!
