Hey everyone the logo attached is what I have been working on for a customer, now it's a fitness site and well the name pretty much tells you what the logo should kind of look like,

what should I do to make this logo look better and make it represent fitness more?

    Thanks to everyone in advance.

Hi ibodybuild. First of all, a great start! I am liking the middle one the best so far. It's clean and the blue breaks up the logo to give it a nice contrast.

Then again so does #3. And adding the website is a great idea.

Your on the right track, but keep it clean. Try without a drop shadow or "glossy" text. Plain simple font may seem boring but it's best to read without all the effects.

Try playing around with more fonts. Think of bulky ones to highlight your company. Big and meaty, no cursive or cartoon font. The font you have is great, just keep looking for more ideas.
...one last thing, don't over think it :)

    Great start though!

Wow, hey everyone thanks for your reviews, I greatly appreciate them all :)

Now I have taken some considerations into terms and have come up with another logo(see attached in this post). What do you think?

Better. Change the website font ;)

Think of how this will look from a distance, even if it it's just for a website. Needs to pop and be readable.

Hey everyone, so I have finally finished the logo and site for this client, you can check out the final logo that they wanted at their site here:

What do you think? The site is optimized for Mozilla firefox.

    Hey iBody!
    NICE!

    Congratulations.
    The logo looks great.

I would, however, make a small change.
I would fade back the reflection a bit, and move it closer to the text.

    See my rendition below.

Just my thoughts. Makes the actual logo easier to read.

Hey: Great Job on the site. But to me my thoughts is the orb at the top that you have color blue. I think the logo will do just great by it self or a circle going around it than the orb. But you did a heck of the Job the website. Great Job

and Give Marc thoughts as well on the fading part.

    Hey thanks alot,

that is a great idea, it looks alot better the way you rendered it, your soooo right.

Check it out now I have changed it, is it too light? or is it okay?

    thanks :)

Edit: Also may I ask what % of opacity did you have the above one at?

Also to ask on top of this:

How would I make a "better" mirror effect?

    Thanks.

Edit: Also thanks to everyone for the complements and tips they are all greatly appreciated :)

try putting it on a black background,or make a copy of the mirror and place it over the existing mirror

having looked at your site i would not have the mirror effect myself?

May I ask, how is the mirror look on it now, does it look good or should I change the opacity more????

    Thanks :)

Okay sorry for all the previous uploads, but it is now between these two uploaded, one has the mirror closer to the original text, which one do you think looks better of how the mirror is positioned?
