ALL MY LOGOS AND TEMPLATES DISAPPEARED!

    I'm an Admin in the forum, I know the software inside out, and upside down. I've answered hundreds of questions---

    but this morning all my Templates, all my custom made logos, all the add on paks-- and I do mean ALL, and a few dozen custom logos were gone!

    I had done nothing to the software: no updates, no "reverse engineering", no secret squirrel stuff--

    The only thing I had done recently was install all the latest Windows updates (It wAs about 161MB for me).

    NOW FOR THE GOOD PART OF THE STORY...

    IT TOOK ME ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO REINSTALL EVERYTHING.

    I HAVE ALL MY LAUGHINGBIRD STUFF BACKED UP IN 4 LOCATIONS!

    1. A backup copy on my Skydrive (It's now called "One Drive")
    2. A backup copy on a usb Thumb drive
    3. A backup copy on a 8GB sd chip
    4. A backup copy on a different hard drive

    I grabbed the SD chip, put it in and copied everything back over in about 5 minutes!

    -NO order lookup
    -NO redownloading
    -NO waiting on a response from Marc for a redownload link....

    ALWAYS BACK UP ALL YOUR LAUGHINGBIRD DOCUMENTS!

    Wise person, I set Dropbox to be the working directory. Just in case.

    That's a pretty cool way to have a running backup! Way to go!!

    I have lost all my elements, still have the logos but no elements

    HELP

    OK well you guys are way smarter than me. I did NOT back up my Laughing Bird stuff and now I have NOTHING. Any suggestions?

    There is nothing in my email here at the laughing birds forum and nothing in my contact email. Not sure what you mean???

    I am confused. You keep telling me to check my email account but there is no email, see attached image.

    The actual support channel , where support tickets are processed has nothing to do with the communications / posts / conversations in the help forum.
