    Hey! I'm Glenn, Up until Dec 31st I sold image sets on my own website (glenncuneo.com). I shut down the store, and now an "repackaging" many of my image sets to be sold on clipart.com and a couple of other sites. "Large Gary" is an awesome looking parrot by the way! Enjoy! https://www.dropbox.com/s/ljmhg0p0vdq279k/LARGE GARY.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/p2sx9jzq6ndgwhr/LARGE LANCE.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/ik33zq7xqgjomaa/Large Jerome.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/t7pzleevseuhmh7/LARGE HARRY.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/sphkx5qm4zyoiri/LARGE BOBBIE.zip?dl=0 ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/jf0dcv239ujpj0q/LARGE ALBERTt.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/phu2sm3wkn4apto/LARGE LITTLE JENNY.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/ts0ab44jnpchqan/LARGE LITTLE JEROMINA.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/u7mwy81aps0fh71/LARGE LITTLE LANCE JR.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/kz2aw2gmaum8wjy/MORTIMER MOUSE.zip?dl=0 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ https://www.dropbox.com/s/695s8e4yqv8kzqc/BIG TED.zip?dl=0

I think KD-did hit it on the nose! After creating your canvas at the size you want, 480 x 270, you 'Export' the image. That will create the image file you need. When you 'Save As', then that is saving the 'template' files. You should never have to go into a 'template' folder to do anything. Those are files used by The Creator program. After you 'Export' you image, check the size and it should be 480 x 270.

I guess I'll just have to monitor and make sure no one goes ape on me! MEMBERS: Please do not post in the FREE GRAPHICS topic. This is where I will giveaway my graphics. I can't seem to lock it, but I will DELETE unwanted stuff. MEMBERS may post graphics and files they want to share in the Members Giveaway topic!

I have over 23,000 images I've made in the past three years. recently I've been updating many of the image sets- rendering them at three times their original size, and making much smaller sets of 20 or so of these updated images. Can I give them away under the free graphics tab- or would you just prefer to stick with your products?

Lee, sorry the answer to this looks like it may be late...Not absolutely sure where you are holding the cursor over....Forgive me it is BC here (before coffee) .First off there is no reason to save a canvas size...Once sized just make your ad.When you close the program the canvas BTW "saving" saves the template so it can be edited and changed. The canvas resizes when your work canvas is closed. The template will save even the size. Check to see what file format you exported your ad in. Only TC can see or open a .tlc file. Attach the file here if the problem persists. If worse comes to worse you can always use a 3rd party....online/installed resizer.

Cool, you'll like WGC! I do! Here is another quick template. Keep in mind that once you go to WGC you can import the DVD case images, but not with the placeholders. You'll have to re-create the placeholders in WGC. Reason being, even though we can create templates in WGC, they are stored on line and we can't share them! But, feel free to use my graphics and just import them into WGC. DVD Case Up.zip

Try this out. I can do more if you want. Just let me know. I can do the case, front and back, but not the round disk covers. This includes a front and side template for The Creator 7. Just unzip the file and move the folders into your /Laughingbird Documents/Logo Libraries/My Templates/ DVDcase.zip

A good rule of thumb, when thinking about the final exported image using the creator: every 300 in canvas size will result in 1 inch at 300 dpi (even though the original image is only exported at 96dpi). All the online printers typically require 300 dpi- especially if you want your image be crisp. By tripling the size of your canvas, you essential "fool" all lthe online services that require 150 or 300 dpi for a final image to work with. Triple the size of your canvas in proportion to what you want (a business card or a tshirt design for example): because of the max exported size of 2880 x 2880 the largest image you can make "at 300 dpi" is almost 10 inches square. Why do you think the Business card templates are so huge in size? They print up crisp and clean with any online service.

You already have the "engine"- (that's the creator's program files- not the templates) installed, no reason to reinstall that, or the exe file associated with the youtube channel graphics installer. You have to install the creator / logo creator engine first. It sets up the document library the it is needed. NEXT: GO HERE, DOWNLOAD THE FREE TEMPLATE SET IF YOU HAVEN'T: https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/download-free-template-set/ Then install the youtube stuff- sticking with using the creator exe file, not the youtube.exe file Do it in that order , your 20 day problem should go away. If you are using the youtube exe file/ shortcut I recommend you stop, and stick with using the creator exe file. The youtube graphics creator installation file creates it's own exe- no reason to use it. All you are doing is installing the templates and elements anyway. When the youtube product was first released about 4 years ago it included just the youtube templates / elements, it did not contain any logo templates. You even ended up with a separate exe / icon / desktop shortcut file you clicked on to begin with. At that time many users did in fact click on the "youtube graphics creator" icon / exe file to begin, and no one had any issues, but many did. It was determined that use of the Youtube exe file just didn't work for a bunch of folks and it was recommended that users didn't even need to use it- at that time it was recommended they should stick with using the the logo creator.exe file. Originally the youtube produce was released about NOV 20th, 2014. The was a beta preview released a few days prior to some folks, it got tweaked a bit, and the rtm product was released a few days later.

Where are they installed? Are they pathed to C drive? Do you see a folder called Laughingbird Documents in your Documents folder? That is the location where they. should be installed....Different than from the "PROGRAM FILES" installation location where the previous was installed..Look tom see that there are two folders...one called Logo Elements and the other called Logo Library. If you are a PC user go to the "MEMBERS' portal sign-in to your account and get a fresh download......that will insure you have no possibility of trying to install a damaged file . Go to and sign in to your account...IF you don't have one request a membership. Provide a receipt for your purchases. It is a new database and the previous accounts before 3/6/15 don't exist in it. https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/members/login/ If you are a Mac user you should just download the latest version. You can add all the elements from your previous purchases to the Logo Elements depending on the version of your templates there could be issues. For updates check out. https://www.laughingbirdsoftware.com/updates/

Sorry you didn't hear from Marc. I know he and Lisa try to keep up with everyone but they get an unbelievable amount of email every day, plus everything else going on. Basically, if you don't 'tag' them in a NEW post, then a lot of times you simply slip through the cracks. But, post here and you'll usually get a response in a day or two. We try. Glad it all worked out for you. Post back if you need anything more.

As long as they are both V7 and are compatible ( not V5 templates) you can move them . The simple way.... go to Laughingbird Document folder>>>>Logo Libraries... rename the My Templates folder' Now zip the folder. Merely unzip and move folder to the Logo Libraries folder. I left mine with the changed name and it shows in the drop down menu also.

The only way to select everything is to hold the shift key and drag your mouse over the various graphics you want to select. You cannot resize everything at once. Awesome idea though! As far as moving, same as selecting. Highlight what you want to move, then click and drag with your mouse. You can use the arrow keys to 'nudge' in very small increments.

You can try the other option is to export the ad. With the auto size turned off size new canvas and then save. Open fresh canvas and place ad on top of it. TLC had the ability to push or pull canvas which would size everything but that is no longer the case.

Because I live in a rural area with S-L-O-W internet I would make the option to use 3rd party software. Look for an FREE online application. Here is some information you may find useful.https://www.topsoftreviews.net/resize-youtube-videos/. From what I am seeing that looks to change the size from a pre-existing template size to another size all together....not just a resizing of an existing project.

Hi Fabi, The Creator 7 was made to produce web graphics, not printed products. That said, you can create an image big enough to print well. Many users here have created T-shirts and other products. The image below was created at 2880 x 2880. It is only 762KB at 72 DPI. It will upload to Vistaprint and looks just fine on a T-shirt. Depending on which service you are using for printed products, you may have to adjust the DPI to 300. You can use a number of 3rd party utilities to do that. I use xnView on a PC. It is a free utility. At 300 DPI the image below is 7.2MB in size. Just remember, increasing the DPI does not increase resolution. The only way to do that would be to use a vector image and The Creator does not support vector images. So, make your graphic as large as you can, up to 2880 x 2880 ( max size that TC7 will export ) and try it out.
