Why doesn't the free version on the LB Software facebook page work?

    I downloaded the free software on your Facebook page.* It downloads onto my computer, appears to install, adds a shortcut on my desktop, but when I click on the shortcut, it doesn't open the program.
    I'm using Windows 7.

    Any ideas what's wrong?*

    I downloaded it tonight and to open the program I right clicked and chose OPEN with....

    It worked for me....Good luck!
