    The new Web Graphics Creator (version 4.0) will be out soon. We're shooting for May 11th 2013.

    For now, version 3.0 is still active and works great on most Windows machines. It no longer runs on Macs using Lion or greater... (but the new version will fix this)

    So hang in there! It's almost done!

    I need some kind of divine intervention,
    I have emailed, PMed, Phoned, and form emailed and exhausted all avenues at Digital River and I cannot download the Upgrade to Ecover Creator.
    because I changed ISP. I did exhaust all passwords.
    Read uour PM or email
    I have received answers but you are assuming that I want to download LogoCreator.
    There is no provision on The eBook and Box Cover Creator to update via website.
    //Digital River Confirmation is on your PM and also on all other emails etc.

    http://www.ecovercreator.com/updates/ is the link for the 2.2 update.It is the completely NEW program not just an update for 2.2. The engine is new and incompatiable with the older program. The product has changed names to eCover Creator to reflect the expanded capabilities and to help prevent people from trying to install it to the older program.

    I have been following the progress of The Ecover Creator... and am looking forward to using it.
    I bought the Ebook and Box Cover Creator.
    I used the term update...which should have been upgrade.
    Your website states than I am eligible to receive the upgrade..

    I'm a Mac user - The eCover Creator was actually created on a G5!

    I'm truly sorry about the delay with v2.2.
    Its a licensing issue with the installer. All is well now - but I'll need to repackage everything.

    I don't get it and very frustrated!

    I have really tried everything under the sun to get a support response. I purchased this software from you A LONG time ago. So long ago, that I don't have at my disposal, the order # or credit card # that I used to make the purchase. I have eMailed you before about this issue, a long time ago and you ended up sending me the software that I've purchased via eMail. I'm hoping you remember me.

    At any rate, I need the upgrade to my version of the eBook & Box Cover Creator software. I see all this talk about the new version being version 2.2 but MY version says Version 2.5 Copyright 2000-2002. You can see how long ago this was.

    Anyways, I'm posting in the forums in hopes that Marc will answer me as my eMails for assistance have gone unnoticed. I've purchased a couple of the logo sets and the eCover software from you personally - and I hope that you are not ignoring a loyal customer purposely.

    Oh really? The only thing I've received from YOU is an EMAIL promoting the NEW Products!!! Where have you sent me the update because I sure haven't received it. Doctoring forum posts to make yourself look better will not help this situation.
