MAKE SURE YOUR PREVIOUS INSTALL IS IN THE SAME LOCATION YOU SEE IN THE ATTACHED FILE! Let me know if it is not there!
V6 is installed to the "My documents"/ "documents" folder...Check and see if V6 is in your "PROGRAM FILES" if running a Windows machine.
Ahhhh, I had a feeling you hard coded installing the software to 'Drive C:'. That won't happen for me! My drive configuration is as followings: Drive C: 160GB SSD Windows 7 64-bit only drive Drive D: 2TB Data Drive (all my data is stored on this drive including my documents folder) Drive E: 500GB Programs Drive (all software gets installed to this drive) To this, v5 is installed in 'E:/bin (x86)/The Logo Creator v5'. As is all my 32-bit software installed in the 'E/bin (x86)/' directory. My 64-bit software is installed in the 'E:/bin/' directory. To date, ALL of my software has been able to install & update without fault using this configuration. I'll wait for v6.1. Good luck with your new version. I'm sure it's great!!!!
