Hello Site thanx for having me A question please I made a flash file that requires a file called "all dry.tlc" Seems the server im using wont accept the file extention is there any way to merger the flash and .tlc file so as not to catch the attention on the server??\ thanx in advance all
captain_jack, welcome to the forums. File format .tlc is only associated with Laughingbird Software products so the issue you have isn't a "server" issue at all. If you have imported a file with the name "all dry" into the Flash Ad Creator you will have to replace it with one of the more commonly used file formats (jpeg, gif) exported from TLC. If that isn't your issue then it maybe related to having a blank file. In which case the solution can be found : http://www.logodesignforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5295
Thanx for the very propmt reply but the file has the laughing birf logo on it it was saved from the .exe The Logo Creator Document Its in the same folder as the .html and the my Ad_assets folder if i remove it the .jpegs that i selected to incorporate in the flash ad will not show Its Template 9 Im trying to upload the file so you can see Any help is greatly appreciated
I don't believe there should be .tlc file in my Ad_asset folder. You need an "exported" file not a "saved" file.
Hi Captain Jack. (KD, you're correct in your answer above. Thanks for trying) Captain, update your software to the latest version of The Flash Ad Creator: http://www.flashadcreator.com/updates This is a free update. The new version no longer requires the "Assets" folder you mention. The ".tlc" file is something different. A ".tlc" file ("The Logo Creator") is created when you save a logo from the 'non-animated' ads section of the software. This .tlc file can only be read by Laughingbird Software products. To use it, simply choose OPEN from the FILE menu. The .tlc file isn't used for anything other than opening up a saved logo (or image from the non-animated section of the software). Hope this helps some! Marc
