    How to make a water effect

    I am sorry may sound stupid but what is TLC. And for animation I take it ImageReady in Photoshop will do the same job?

    This is good stuff. Wish I would have taken a look through all these tutorials before.. This is a good effect and this tutorial was 2 years ago..
