Hi there Im looking at reselling the Laughingbird suite of software. Am I allowed do to so, via an affiliate or reseller programe? Ideally Id like to sell it at the same price as your published list price, and be given a discount. You used to have an affiliate program, but that is no longer listed on your site (other than the templates). Can you please tell me if this is a posibility, and if so is there a legal trading agreement we need to sign. Thanks.
Hello Duke, I am not an official rep for Laughingbird Software and I am not 100% sure where the Affiliate program link moved to with the new site design as well. Currently what I know about the Affiliate program is that it is referral based meaning that you display ads on your site and users click them and you get credit for the sale as common as most affiliate programs work. However, Marc (The owner of LBS) does have resellers but as far as I know they are just resellers who sell the actual boxed version of the software on store shelves but I could be wrong. To sign up for the referral based program you can got to www.onenetworkdirect.com and sign up there. They run the Affiliate Program for LBS as well many other big name companies so you will have to browse or search available programs and choose Laughingbird Software. From there you can get set up to start referring customers. One Network Direct is a service owned by Digital River. Hi there. Thank you very much for the reply. I have previeously sent Marc a couple of messages, along with posting this and posting some other requests. But no reply. I then posted a note on his own thread. but still nothing. My previousl question was around Web 2.0 ( I bought the megapack and it didnt come with web 2.0).. On a previousl post he said he had sent me a personal email, but Ive check my email including spam and nothing). So im getting a little confused, unless he is on holiday??? im going to go to the link you sent me and find the affiliate program. My requirement is slightly diffrent. I coach Web developers, and I want to include the the Laughing bird suite as part of the package. Thanks again for your help. Sorry for your troubles in getting a hold of Marc lately. I do know of some quite busy stuff he has going on right now which will enhance the Laughingbird Software Collection once its all done. I will see what I can do to arise his attention to your post. Until then to view all of your past post you can click on your user name which will take you to your profile. Once there you will see a message box that you or others can type in that has tabs you can click on going above it. One of those tabs is titled "Statistics". Click that tab and then it will load a page for you to view your past post or threads. I am pretty sure that tab is available for members to view. If not please let me know.
