Print problem

    First thing is on my PC, when you go to Print and then click cancel the program shuts down.

    Second, is there a way to add a print preview?

    I haven't crashed while printing (and canceling print).

    We'll check on this.

    As for the print preview, this may have to do with whatever printing driver you have installed. Not sure we can control this on our end.

    Have you tried reinstalling your software or looking through some FAQs both about the printer and the software you use? Sometimes all it takes to solve these kinds of problems is a quick reinstall.
