Paid for software - "Won't download!"

    Can anyone explan to me how come the software does not download from the "pay-now" section for the upgrades. Has anyone else expereinced download problems. Why can I just buy the software and have it mailed to me. Hellllllllllllllllllllllllllppppppppppppppppppppppppppppp!.....

    With TLC you can get a download and you don't have to wait for the delivery of a CD.You should have gotten an e-mail with instructions. In fact with TLC you don't even have to get a CD at all.If you ordered the SummitSoft Logo Creator you will have to wait for the CD.

    If you ordered the original logo creator TLC you will be able to get a download of your order TO get a download of TLC
