I have no templates or Images after the Upgrade from V5 to V6 on Windows 7 64 Bit I have the files in Documents\Laughingbird Documents\Logo Elements Documents\Laughingbird Documents\Logo Libraries But for what ever reason, it's not reading the files. Under "Select a TemplateSet" it's Blank When I try to create a New Logo, There are No Elements. I tried to do an Uninstall, but there isn't one I can find in Add/Remove Programs (I know it's not called that any more in Windows 7) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
I have figured out my problem. "Windows 7 Libraries" I had changed my default location for my "Documents Library" to a second hard drive "D:" I'm guessing the Program reads this information and is expecting the files to be in your default "Documents Library" folder. I copied the "Laughingbird Documents" directory over to my Default Location that I had setup (D:\Documents\) and now everything is working great.
