Need a contact form

    Hello,

    I need a contact form on my website, that will send to my email address what the visitor enter in the form fields. The problem is that I can't run any php scripts.. is there a way to use some html form?

    Since html isn't a programming language and only a markup language, it can't do any sort of processing.

    The only way you would be able to do it is by popping up the visitors email client to send you the form info. You would the form tag to look like:

    There are a couple other options also.

    Check in your website control panel to see if you have the option of using cgi mail to process your form.

    You can use a form site that remotely hosts email forms. Just do a Google search--there are quite a few services that do this free.

    Thank you for your suggestions! I found a site that offers remotely hosted contact forms, www.emailmeform.com . Basically, I paste the html code in my website, and it calls the php script on their server who sends the email.

    You could also just create a flash contact form. :D That is what I use.
