I have purchased every single software program that Laughingbird Software has put out. I love it! However, I am now having issues. The issue is I am missing a file extension on all the programs so I can not longer run them. The Logo Creator V5. - I go to open and I am missing 'Stub_Sripts'. 'This application requires an Xtra (BevelButton) that either does not exist or failed to initialize properly. Please make sure the appropriate Xtras are in the Xtra folder(s). Says the same thing for Xtra (text). Director Player Error Handler not defined #baCommandArgs Script Error. Is there anywhere I can redownload this software?
You can look up your order at http://www.webgraphicscreator.com/v40_Images/orderlookup6.htm if it was not a Paypal order. If a Paypal send instant message to laughingbird with your order information. If Windows machine remove TLC "program files".
It was so long ago I do not think they have my order any longer. I also do not remember my last 4 dig of cc# as I have replaced my old card with a new one and do not have the same last 4 dig.
